Due to constraints, after 12/6, you are not guaranteed a t-shirt or sleeping location close to the activity center. After 12/10, you are unlikely to get close lodging or a t-shirt. |

| Cancellation Policy |
Cancellations accepted until 12/10/2024 without charge. Cancellations after 12/10/2024, a $40 fee will be applied. No cancellations will be accepted after 12/17/2024 and no refunds will be issued. Cancellation requests must be made in writing and submit to youth@acccn.org. In your message, please include:
